Greater London Authority

In February 2019, the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, confirmed a £10m development loan facility for Apex as a GLA Investment Partner. The facility has enabled Apex to forge partnerships with London's councils, housing associations, and private market freeholders, scaling new opportunities across inner and outer boroughs and delivering much-needed new and affordable homes. The announcement marked the first time the mayor had backed an airspace developer.

Homes England

At the start of 2019, Apex were awarded £9m of partnership funding from Homes England’s Home Building Fund.
