In February 2019, The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, confirmed a £10m development loan facility for Apex as an Investment Partner with the GLA. This unique financing opportunity will enabled Apex to forge a wider range of partnerships with London’s councils, housing associations, and private market freeholders to scale new opportunities in both inner and outer boroughs and deliver much-needed new and affordable homes. The announcement marked the first time that the Mayor had supported an airspace developer.
