The sales and marketing team are consistently involved in the entire development process, and following scheme completion our dedicated after-sales team are on hand to manage all of our new homes.

Our in-house sales and marketing team comprises of skilled strategists and industry experts that build awareness of airspace development and manage the entire process for each development.

The team is consistently involved in the whole development process to have a detailed understanding of what potential buyers and related partners, both public and private, will require from each project. This can vary considerably dependant on the given area or makeup of affordable housing.


Innovation and passion lie at the heart of our approach. Combining comprehensive feasibility studies and detailed design with the latest offsite manufacturing techniques, we convert unused airspace into high-quality new homes for both private and affordable use.

Our team comprises a range of highly experienced property professionals, who like to think outside the box when it comes to development. The team’s range of skills and expertise spread across development finance, acquisition, design and architecture, planning, modular construction, marketing, sales and property management.


Our dedicated after-sales care team is on hand to support all homeowners and help them manage their new home in a collaborative and transparent manner.

Once all homeowners have exchanged contracts, a property manager from our team will meet the new purchaser at the property to run through everything required about their new home and the local environment. Prior to moving in, our team will ensure the property is in perfect condition and manage any additional requests from the new homeowner.
